Pacific Monarch Resorts is a timeshare developer focusing on serving active adults and families with carefully chosen resort locations and amenities. All Pacific Monarch resorts are developed to the highest quality standards and, as such, are designated with the 5-star rating by Interval International.
In 1999, the company launched a points-based program called Monarch Grand Vacations. Some of the original owners at Pacific Monarch Resorts do not belong to Monarch Grand Vacations, so when buying a resale, make sure you understand whether you're buying into the club or not.
Most Monarch Grand Vacations resorts offer the benefit of day use, based on availability, allowing owners use of the swimming pools and other facilities during the day outside of the owners' reserved week.
